My passion is to bring these tools into the lives of others struggling.
Testimonials:
“Refreshing” is entirely true, yet understated. The kind of word you’d expect from a speaker with sneaky-good wisdom for making lives better. Dawn brings confidence and humility to any size stage. Confidence born of seeing truths bring about both success and happiness in life and at work. Truths that might seem small and innocent at first. But truths that hit home like a book one reads decades earlier and continue to be surprisingly prophetic. Listen to Dawn. Put her in front of people you’d like to see prosper. And be at peace. Lee Towe, Founder, Collaborator, Trainer at Pie Growers
The women in our Professional Readiness and Employment Program (PREP) have found so much value in Dawn’s unique ability to channel her vast professional experience leading and coaching teams with her innate passion for advocacy into a sincere and authentic overall approach to connecting with her audience. Her many strategies to do this, while being conscious of meeting each of our women where ever they might be on their own career journeys, has without a doubt had a lasting and positive impact on their overall mindsets that will inevitably carry through in their work and at home. We are extremely grateful to have her in our PREP network. Heidi Patterson, Dress for Success Des Moines Board of Directors and PREP Coordinator
Our Women’s Inclusive Network invited Dawn to speak on the topic Change as a Way of Life at Farm Bureau Financial Services. Dawn’s presentation was well received and she shared some practical exercises to get us on track to create lasting habits and embrace change. Several employees commented on the excellence of the presentation and that they were fired up to put Dawn’s recommendations into practice. It’s clear that Dawn is a skilled, engaging presenter and has great material. I’d certainly recommend Dawn as a speaker, and hope to have the opportunity to hear her again. Carrie Dostal, Farm Bureau Financial Services
Dawn Hafner is a brilliant speaker – I was spellbound. She did a fantastic job of bringing to life how the lessons learned in her own career and personal life can be applied by others. Our audience was completely engaged, inspired and motivated by the event. Feedback I received from members was outstanding – attendees felt the information was valuable and applicable. She is an AMAZING, authentic speaker. Lindsey Haley, Membership Coordinator – Iowa Society of CPAs (ISCPA).

Great class today. You are brilliant. Today took me out of my comfort zone. Some tears were shed at realizations, but I feel lighter. This was an eye-opening ‘therapy’ session. The meditation experience was powerful and I’d like more offerings on meditation. – Kris
